I’ve been a loyal customer here for years, and I always leave feeling beyond satisfied. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, and they truly take the time to get to know you and remember your preferences, which makes every visit feel personal. Amy was very professional and did a great job at what I requested. A couple of colors didn’t look as good as the picture so she happily replaced them mid-process and gave personal recommendations. Definitely will be back.

I have been going to Karen's for years for natural looking lashes that I always get compliments on and today I tried shellac and pedicure and I am so happy with results. Karen and her team are amazing and very kind!

Unfortunately I don't think I will be back. The technician doing my nails was very good at shaping my nails, but when it came to painting... was sub par.
I wasn't the easiest client to deal with, but I didn't think I was being unfair. I came in asking for a design (See picture) and the tech couldn't paint a simple flower (see picture). I spoke up and asked her to remove the flower and to just put any design on the nail (It's Valentines day! Of course I wanted something special). She told me there was no room on my nail (I have very long natural nails... so I didn't understand). She asked if I wanted glitter painted over the whole nail, I said no thank you. We eventually agreed on a short silver line under the french tip. Unfortunately it was no straight and had a piece sticking out onto the white (see tip). Also, there were many spots on my nails where there was globs of paint (see pictures). On my ring finger, it's under the nail, making the tip look really sloppy. On my thumb its to the right on the tip (the same thumb I was cut on with the cuticle cutters - see picture). Although the tech was trying to be polite, she should have had someone else step in to paint if she was not capable. Also, I noticed it wasn't super clean, the lights used to cure polish had paper towel taped in the bottom, this was not switched out between people. Also the file that I bled all over (when I was cut with cuticle clippers) was not thrown out, but rather returned to the drawer. It's a little alarming. I don''t think I'll come back, a $40 manicure is not what I left with.

Very happy with my first visit to this salon! Professional, friendly staff & reasonable price. I didn’t catch the name of my technician, but she was lovely. I showed her a picture of what I wanted & she was able to match it almost perfectly.

I have been going to this salon to receive pedicures and manicures for the past 5 years; and this is the ONLY place I trust with my nails ! Karen is my nail tech and not only is she kind and sweet she is extremely talented ! Anything you ask for regarding your nails the staff can carry through. The physical space is clean, bright and welcoming. This salon also carries a large variety of nail polish colours in comparison to other nail salons. The prices are very reasonable for the services you get and they never let you leave unhappy with your service without addressing any concerns. I recently recommended my friend to this salon and she said this is the best results she has had on her manicure as well; now she is a regular customer ! It feels as though you a part of a family when you go for your appointment ; which keeps me coming !
