Fairly new to the 'nail' world and testing the waters. I have been to 5 different nail spas in the area and this establishment impressed me so much that I don't need continue my search. Where they exceeded was in attention to detail. They addressed me by my name numerous times while I was there, took the time to pick the perfect color for me, they were extremely gentle and thorough and offered a weeks warranty on their work if anything were to happen to my manicure. Highly recommend.

I've been coming here for years, usually with a friend as a chance to have a pamper date. Yesterday I hosted a mini spa day for my team and what a hoot! Helen and Joy and Kim took the party up a notch with chocolates and treats and so much laughter. I'm pretty sure we ALL had a blast! Thank-you team, and thank-you Helen and Joy and Kim.

I dropped into Beauty Lotus Nails to have my fake nails removed that I got done at another salon. They were so friendly and were able to take me in right away. My nail technician was gentle and thorough getting all the gel off my nails and smoothing and filing them afterwards. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Our lovely Dr. KATE gave our beautiful nurses a spa day at Lotus nail & Spa
It has been beyond fabulous !!!!
The care we all recieved from Helen and her staff was over the top ! Met new friends , enjoyed manicure and pedicure

First time getting nails done from outside my own town. From the phone call, to the end result was amazing. I am so happy with my nails. So thankful they were able to get me in, in the very short notice that was given. I called and 20 minutes later was in! Joy and Helen are both so friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is so nice and they made me feel like I’ve been going there for years! Helen offered me a drive to town when they heard my ride couldn’t make it, which is something I have never experienced anywhere before and am beyond thankful for their kindness! They go above and beyond! The best experience I’ve ever had the 6 years of getting my nails done. They are very professional and explained the process and what I can do to help with the health of my nails! Next time I’m in town I can’t wait to see these ladies! Thank you again Beauty Lotus!

This is a long over due review. Terrible experience, I showed up at what I thought was my appointment time but apparently they had a different time in their books. I was happy to come back but they reluctantly still took me on. The ladies were speaking in their own language but I could sense by the tone and behaviour that they were not happy with me. Very very rude. They do not sanitize their equipment properly and the choice of colours are not great. There is a new salon in town that is far far better.
