I am writing to share my feedback following my recent visit to Beauty First Upper Canada Mall. This was my first experience at your establishment, and I chose it for its convenience.

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The facility's cleanliness, particularly around the sink area, was concerning. The treatment room lacked the calming ambiance I associate with spas, and the robe and bed linens provided were stained.

The microdermabrasion treatment itself was also unsatisfactory. The technician was pleasant, but the odor of onions and spices on her hands detracted from the experience, and I question whether she had washed them at all. The treatment was ineffective, and I did not feel that the technician followed proper hygiene protocols.

I hope that you will consider this feedback as an opportunity to improve the customer experience at Beauty First.

"My friends and I recently went to get our eyebrows done and piercings at Upper Canada Mall, and I just wanted to mention that Marta, the manager, was amazing! She provided excellent customer service, making the whole experience enjoyable and smooth. Also, Deaba did a great job with the piercing! Highly recommend!"

I came here (as i usually do) and got my eyebrows threaded by Annie, who did a fantastic job with my eyebrows. I recently messed up my eyebrows a little bit because of laser, and she made them look absolutely beautiful! It was like I never had a problem in the first place. So precise, yet very quick and efficient. I’m so happy with how they turned out!

Everyone here is super nice and very professional. My mom and I come here all the time! They do an amazing job whenever I get my eye brows cleaned. Highly recommend this place 🙂
