This was by far the best nail salon I have been to. The owner Helen and her husband Ben were the sweetest couple. She is extremely precise, detail oriented, gentle and timely. Their prices are affordable too. I got a full set of solar acrylic nails, almonds and french tips for $70. While booking my appointment I was sent parking instructions and thoughtful messages about my upcoming appointment. Helen and Ben made me feel welcomed the moment I entered. I was offered snacks and water multiple times during my appointment. They remembered my name and we had lovely conversations and they remembered minor details that came up in conversations. Towards the end of my appointment, Ben gave my sister and I a box of cookies, a bag of chocolate bars and a letter to my family as I told them we were going on a vacation during the holidays. I definitely recommend trying out this nail salon. I will definitely be a regular customer.

Had a wonderful experience at Beauty 1 Nails and Spa today! I got a full set of acrylic nails and some waxing. Helen was amazing, she was very meticulous with the waxing and my nails to make sure everything was perfect. Ben was amazing and catered to my needs adding to the wonderful experience. Ben sent my sister and I home with some treats for our younger sister and a wonderful note for our trip to Mexico. Overall I would highly recommend checking out this place out!!

So impressed! From the moment I called to book the appointment, I felt welcomed. Some nail salons are so unfriendly and uncomfortable, but not here!

My daughter and I both got our nails done and I got my brows waxed as well and I can’t say enough good things! We won’t be going anywhere else anymore. We were treated with so much kindness and enthusiasm, it truly made my day.

Helen is amazing! Both our nails and my brows look flawless. You will not be disappointed!

I tried this place out back in September as I’m new to Orillia and loved it! I had a hard time finding the salon my first visit and the owner came out to the street to find and help me. They offer drinks and candy which is my favourite part🍬 (they even send me home with some extras).

I have had Helen and Tony do my nails and they are both fantastic as they take their time to perfect your nails. The prices are fair for how great your nails are, and the treatment you receive.

I would recommend parking in the back (right across from the Tim Hortons on Colborne street) as you only have to pay $1/per hour, or there are a couple open spots specifically for the salon that I believe are free (not for sure). They treat every customer with importance and I will keep coming back🥰

10/10 recommend! Super friendly staff! Very clean & beautiful salon! The staff is so kind! Helen is such a kind hearted woman, we spoke about my kids & she ended up giving me a couple bags of candy for my 3 kids! Which is so kind & sweet! I’ve never met such kind hearted people the way I have today! The owner is so funny & so well mannered! I will definitely be coming back! Best salon I’ve been to in a long time!

The customer service was exceptional, and she made sure I was comfortable throughout. Plus, the little treats from the candy man added a sweet touch! This is one of the best pedi experiences I have had! Kind and attentive staff. Was offered water and sweets as soon as I came in. Every one greeted me by name. The technician was fantastic and I left feeling satisfied and relaxed. This building has gone through some other nail salons but these people have modernized and created Beauty 1 Nails & Spa to be a fantastic go to place for me at least.
