I visited the spa for the first time, and I had an amazing experience. I got a lash lift and WOW I'm in love with the results. After my lash lift, I got my first ever spray tan. I'm in love with the natural tanned glow I now have, I'll definitely be back!! Very kind staff, professional, extremely clean. So happy I found this gem of a place!!

I completed two training courses at Beautique, Classic Lash and Lash Lift & Tint, and I have to say both were an incredible experience. I did my research before I made my decision on where to complete my training, I reached out to numerous trainers and companies and Sam at Beautique was immediately so easy to talk to and willing to answer my many questions. Right away I knew this was where I had to complete my training, they came recommended by many people I know as well. The instructor, Sam, was very thorough and took her time explaining each step and then let me jump in to try what she just taught. She is very passionate about the Beauty industry, teaching others, and sharing her knowledge. During the training, she was patient and happy to answer my questions. There was a lot of hands on work which was perfect for me as I am a hands on learner, we had 3 models per course to help with that hands on. Another element of the course was the theory which gave me the foundation I needed to jump right in. Posting on social media was a topic covered which I found important, there were tips given on what to post and how to take the best photos. I knew next to nothing about the lashing industry before these courses but I left feeling confident and much more knowledgeable, and also knowing I could reach out to my instructor at any time gave me peace of mind. The atmosphere in the location was professional and relaxing, the salon was very clean and put together well. You left with a kit that set you up to start your own lashing right away, with their own products, which you can purchase at a discounted price once you complete training! If you are interested in becoming a Lash Technician I definitely recommend that you complete your training at Beautique.

I took my Lash Lift & Tint course here with Sam and loved it. She really took her time with each individual to make sure we fully understood and were properly trained. She’s very detailed and I really felt the system she used to teach us was very beneficial. She also goes into great depth about proper safety, cleanliness and precautions. I know I learned everything I needed to.
I also use Beautique Canada for many supplies and products. Everything is always in stock and very easily accessible. If I ever have any questions Sam or her employees are always very prompt with getting back to me!
I highly recommended this company and if I ever want to learn more in this industry, I’ll be doing it with Beautique.

Would recommend Beautique Canada absolutely! Great experience with Training with Sam for my Classic Lash Extension course. I was very nervous at first and immediately felt assured with the knowledge and theory the course taught me. I also took the Lift & Tint course, I found it to be very informative and the hands on experience was extremely beneficial to learning these skills. Looking forward to more course and further learning new skills!

So far I've only experienced one service here: Spray tanning! I'm over the moon happy with the results!
The Beautique is clean, well-appointed, and absolutely charming. Sam was uber professional, took time to listen and is very warm and friendly. This is the first spray tan I've ever had and I was really concerned to turn out funny looking. Needless to say, I didn't and Im super excited to try out the spa's other services I'll keep you posted!

Had a wonderful experience today getting a spray tan. I usually do the automatic ones. I will surely be coming back to the spa. I was in and out in no time. Paige was wonderful. I felt totally comfortable. Ps the place smells amazing.

I did the Lash Lift and Tint course through Sam, the owner of Beautique Canada, back in December 2019. I had a great experience! The salon is very nice, clean and welcoming. The course was very informative and it set me up with everything I needed to complete my Lash Lift and Tint Certification. I was able to start offering this service in my salon immediately following the course, using the kit that was provided through the course.

Sam was a great instructor! She is very well educated, and you can tell she is passionate about what she does. She is laid back and makes you feel comfortable, but always there to answer any questions and really pays attention to detail. She was very accommodating to me, as I had a 2 month old that I was still exclusively nursing, so I needed to pump in between clients during my training.

Another great advantage of doing a course through Sam, is that you then receive a lifetime discount on products and future courses! You get 20% off any other courses you take and any products you buy. It’s so nice to be able to order your lash supplies right in Peterborough. You can stop in and buy products whenever you need and not worry about shipping costs, or waiting for it be delivered. And I have loved all of their products I have tried so far! Win, win!

Sam also offers ongoing mentoring following the training and this is something I have found very helpful. I am definitely a student who likes to ask a lot of questions, especially once I get out on my own, working on my own clients. And Sam really knows her stuff! She is always VERY quick to respond to any of my messages (I have literally been in the middle of working on someone and had a question that was answered right there and then - extremely helpful!).
