This was our second time at this salon and it was extremely disappointing. Salon still has Christmas decorations up and is not very clean or welcoming. Lady that did my daughter's nails kept telling her to relax and she made one of her employees cry. Like they got into a full on argument while we were there. The atmosphere was tense and not relaxing at all. I don’t like the shape of my nails they are inconsistent and do not match and they did not take all of the old polish off so there are still specs of black in this new fill. I tried to tell my tech but she didn’t really seem to care. You could tell I was disappointed. My daughter’s nails were too long when she requested short. The lady seemed irritated and annoyed with us the whole time. She should take her own advice and relax herself. That one lady will be the demise of this salon with her poor attitude and very poor customer service. We will not be returning.

Got my nails done with Emma, she was the absolute sweetest, super fast, and amazing with the nails. She really made the effort to ensure I was happy with the nails every step of the way, and they came out perfect! Definitely will recommend and be back again!

I started going here because it was close to where I lived so I wanted to try it. I won't go anywhere else now. They are friendly, will even give you a complimentary drink sometimes, and extremely talented. If a tech isn't working with a client I often see them honing their skills and practicing cuticle cutting on lemons or practicing designs on their own nails. I have never walked out disappointed with my set and encourage friends and family to go anytime they want theirs done too!

Not the worst manicure I’ve had! The place was empty and had a strong odour. I actually didn’t mind and had quite a lovely manicure despite the smell! However I paid 45$ for a shellac manicure and it didn’t even last 24 hours It’s chipping like regular nail polish? Though I think regular would have lasted longer. I am honestly so disappointed- I even tipped 10$ so 55$ for a manicure that didn’t even last 24 hours is absolutely unreasonable. I won’t be back. I guess they do alright on fake nails! Just beware if you are just looking for a shellac manicure. 🙁

Kevin was my nail tech he did an amazing job executing the design I asked for. He was also excellent on timing, quickest acrylic application I've had. If you're ever in the Oshawa area this is the nail spot to go to. Staff is also friendly and the salons interior aesthetic was also really nice.

Wonderful experience at Bamboo Nail & Spa!! Had previous bio gel nails from a different salon and was not pleased with them. Peter did an absolutely fabulous job removing the old and applying the new. I wanted something sparkly for new years and that's exactly what I got. Thank you so much for my beautiful nails Peter, I could not be more pleased.

I love this place. I come to Helen all the time in years she is the best and always makes an amazing job and makes me happy. I been here today for another summer nails and I am in love with them!
