It is hard to give this review without the whole story, but I will try to make it brief.

Our rental hot water heater blew, and our service provider would not replace it because the gas line was in the way, even though they were the ones who put it there when they installed the old water heater in the first place. 🙁

B. Gibson Mechanical, not even fit us in at the last minute even though they were booked solid.
Their gas fitter Mark saw the potential issues with were Reliance wanted the gas line modified and was able to figure out the best course of action.
Mark was fast, efficient and his experience showed with his manner. And was polite and upbeat even though he had to crawl though a dug out to get the job done! 🙂

I will use them whenever the need arises for their skill set. And highly recommend them to others.

Our toilet plugged up & I called this company because my husband was in hospital. They came 2 days after I called spent 20-30 minutes & got it flushing & left after 4pm .He asked me if this was good. I was in a rush to head back to hospital & I heard a sucking sound when flushing but thought maybe because it was just cleared so told him it’s flushing. After he left it was plugged right up again when flushed the 3rd time. I phoned company as soon as they opened Monday ,said it’s still plugged, said they would look into it, never heard back but received a bill 2days later for $242.95. I texted said it was not fixed properly & wanted it cancelled or at least a good discount. A week later still had no reply so contacted again for rhe 3rd time if they were cancelling the invoice & was told sorry they could have someone back out in 4 days which is 13 days from first visit to repair it. I said no thanks my husband was now home & had fixed it himself. We live about 10 minutes driving from the airport as they said a hour travelling round trip. They then said fine will drop your truck charges & only charge you $203.40. The plumber that came tried his best but this company aware it was not fixed, ignored addressing this problem when contacted three times & then still want me to pay this much for a repair not done properly is not what I consider good business.

They got back to us fast when we requested a quote; the price was very reasonable; they booked us in fast; plumber showed up on time; and even though the job ended up being a bit more complicated and taking more time than initially assumed, the quote price was honoured.

Had Brad and crew do a lead service line replacement for. Brad was excellent when he came to give us the quote. Explained the work and the necessary permits needed from the city. They took care of all the paperwork and helped us get started on the loan process with the city. Arrived at 8:30am on a Friday, had all the work done and water back on before 4pm, same day.
