I have been a repeat customer at Avaia Salon Spa for a couple years now and have continued to come to the salon because of how knowledgeable the stylists are and how they are always able to adapt to the different hair requests I have made including providing great advice on some of my hair up keep questions. I also really enjoy the welcoming atmosphere they have made in their lobby. It is always very clean and tidy and they have always offered me hot or cold drinks while I wait and even while providing hair services which is so nice. I wanted to take the time to leave a great review and recommend this salon to anyone looking for an amazing place to provide them with great salon experience.

It's not often that I leave a salon feeling like they have given me exactly what I asked for. I find that many salons "trick" you into extras (like washing your hair, when you've asked for a dry cut) and quoting a lower price only to find out its significantly higher in price when it's all said and done... HOWEVER , I have visited this spa on several occasions and have been 100% satisfied with their services. I've received pedicures, massage and hair cut and set.

The owner is attentive to the clients needs and she has a great group of professionals!

I recommend and will visit this salon/spa again.

Had the absolute best experience today. The most incredible spa day. I received a spa mani and pedi and eyebrow/lip wax. Sarah was so incredibly welcoming I will definitely be returning! Highly recommend!

It’s a hard nope from me.
Lived here most of my life, have not experienced micro aggression and racism at a salon like this before.

I went there to get an undercut & a hair cut.
She put a dirty cape on me.. proceeded to make covert racist remarks & it was super awkward and weird for me & it was pretty stinky.

My hair looked nice but I felt like crap leaving there.

If you’re native or mixed DO NOT GO THERE

Staff was very friendly as soon as I walked in the door. Offered beverages during the short time we waited before my appointment. Brianna was very professional and polite and made sure I liked how my hair was while she was doing it. I would definitely go back and recommend to friends.

Had my hair and makeup done here for my wedding and was treated like a queen. I was very happy with how it all came out and the look on my husband's face when he seen me was priceless.

The staff were amazing and Amy is so friendly.
Very accommodating.

We had a large party 4 adults and 2 children and we all got our nails done within 1hr.
Amy was very open with us and let us know that some staff had family emergencies and we would be longer than expected. We didn't mind at all.

Unfortunately I paid extra for gel and my nails came out within a day. Usually it last 2 weeks...

My daughters really enjoyed getting their nails done and the staff was very nice about me using the polish to redo their nails when they smudged them. I ended up doing their toes as well (which staff were kind enough to let me!!)
The staff were well prepared for having 2 little girls as they had lots of stickers and coloring books to keep them entertained
