I was plagued with back issues after doing some renovations at my house and playing golf for most of my life. I went to Spencer having met him through golf and what can I say! I have gotten my swing back and my pain free life back.

He left me exercises to do as well as stretches and also ways to help the body heal and I feel better than ever as well as knowledge about the body and how to heal.

I recommend Athletic Therapy Lab 1000% to anyone looking for therapy or strengthening.

I have been seeing Ashley at the Athletic Therapy Lab for almost 2 years now for chronic back pain. Ashley is the absolute best! I wish I had found her sooner! I have been to multiple specialists and received treatments in the past that never worked. Ashley has been the first person to reduce my back pain in over 10 years. Ashley is kind, understanding and very knowledgeable.
She listens to my concerns and explains in detail how we will address them.
The treatment atmosphere is relaxing, comfortable and clean. I would highly recommend the Athletic Therapy Lab.
