Just horrible!! Within five minutes of being there, my daughter cut her foot on the crumbling concrete edge of the upper part of the pool. The change rooms had no privacy and stunk like piss….. There is a big glass section above where people watch you like hawks for seemingly no reason. It felt very strange.

I will never return. I can see the pool from my house and now me and my family drive all the way to the Gretzky Centre for a wonderful time. Do better Norfolk!!!!!

Very disappointed with how nervous children are handled when it comes to swim lessons. There is no time for children to become comfortable and trust this stranger who is (literally) pulling on them and forcing them into situations that they are not quite ready for. It seems as though they are
more focused on forcing a curriculum than allowing the child to become comfortable first. Instead of moving on with the other children in the group, this particular instructor seems to thrive on making it a traumatic experience as this is the second time we have had her. I don’t think we will be able to get over this traumatizing experience (2nd child now) and I suspect , yet again, this will be easy money for Norfolk County.

wish we had the hub. pools closed more then it should be for various reasons. Old arena is great for ball hockey, pickle ball and should be used for any indoor sport but widely goes unused. Please demo all these random buildings and build 1 proper sports complex for Norfolk to use

Went to Senior Centre. Used elevator....not suitable for senior use
..lady before us didn't know how to use..staff had to assist her..
This is a regular situation at the centre
..there must be a better elevator so Norfolk would not need to use staff attending the elevator so often..

The roller derby league in Simcoe switched to this location last year, and it has been a great decision. Great location for our events, too!

This is a great place for kids to get swimming lessons. They have all kinds of equipment for kids to use as they learn to swim. Nice facility! Nice staff.

Excellent covid safety measures in place for use of the pool. Evidence that regular cleaning snd sanitizing are taking place all day long.
