The relaxation massage was very nice and staff were very friendly. However, the men’s change room, though clean and tidy, there were concerns here: the steam room produced little steam and little to no heat, the toilet didn’t flush, the urinal produced almost no water to evacuate urine, and the shower (one on the right) did not drain at all. I voiced my concern with the reception and they called maintenance immediately. When maintenance arrived he stated to staff that “this isn’t an emergency”; how toilets that don’t flush, urinals that don’t work properly, and showers that don’t drain are not emergency issues is beyond me.

My partner and I decided to leave camping at Arrowhead a day early because the bugs were SO bad, and booked some time at this spa instead and I have 0 regrets! Agnes, the Spa manager was able to accommodate us with very last minute bookings and although we weren’t able to get massages on the same day, we were able to use the steam & tea rooms together. I just left my relaxing appointment with Shannon Z who was incredibly personable and kind and took great care of my body despite it being riddled with bug bites🤣 highly recommend!

I wouldn’t recommend this spa. My partner and me did a couple’s massage and the massage was below average. Even after requesting for a bit more pressure, they didn’t fulfil the request. And my partner’s RMT was making loud noises with the chair which made me not relax at all. I have had better massages. Additionally, the spa room was really small and the steam rooms and the rest of the spa need fixing and upgrades. Both my partner and me were disappointed and it is not worth the price. For a spa that is in a bit pricey resort, I’d expect more.

I wouldn't recommend the lifting facial treatment and signature manicure at the Amba Spa - Deerhurst Resort. Reeve was nice and professional but the treatment itself was not worth it - it's listed at $170 and if you've had facial treatments before, this was not more than a simple facial massage. The "signature manicure" was worse - when I got back to the room and looked at my nails, I was so disappointed. The nail polish had dried up so she had struggled a bit but the technique is simply off. They don't have a UV machine so drying and not ruining my $72 manicure was all on me. See image attached. After many back and forth, they reimbursed me $25.

Really enjoyed my spa experience with 2 hr package and additional manicure with Manon who does an amazing high quality facial that was so relaxing after a luxurious massage from Jessica. I highly recommend their services and the front desk staff were also very warm and inviting.

Front desk staff were always so pleasant and helpful on the phone, via email, and in person. Came for a manicure and pedicure and enjoyed meticulous, hygienic, and caring service from Manon and Ana. We brought our own breathable/water permeable polish but they have a nice selection of OPI colours as well. Loved the paraffin treatment as well!

The spa is so relaxing and that’s even before you get into the massages and pedicures! The staff is amazing and assist you with anything! The water is refreshing and the lights out you into a heaven like feel! You will not regret booking here or getting it for a gift for someone else! Amazing get away or time to yourself!

I was at the hotel for the Jan 12th weekend. I booked a massage with my partner and unfortunately we both walked away disappointed. It was quite a bit of money and def not worth the price. The massage was average at best and more like a back rub at times. the room felt like a broom closet as it hardly fit the bed which was on a diagonal and the masseuse couldn't get around one side as it was touching the wall which meant he couldn't give a proper massage as he couldn't get leverage. I had a rinse after and the floor tiles in the shower were popping up off the floor. My partner was equally disappointed with her experience. I def wouldn't recommend it, save your money.
