I ordered from Allure a few months ago. I had to advise them of their bad reviews and wondered as a customer if I would experience similar dissatisfaction. They assured me I wouldn't.

I did have an good experience with their products, pretty good infact.

Customer service is definitely lacking and i had to call them to see if my order was ready after if stated it would be in 24 hours on website. No one called me and i didnt receive an email or text.

Not sure who is behind the business but it certainly doesnt feel like the Canadian standard of hospitable customer service.

However, I will try them one more time to order as they are conveniently located in mississauga and I can avoid shipping costs, especially since many reviews state how bad they package and ship products and then don't refund for damages.

My experience with them was Amazing. My order was fulfilled on time. The Packaging and Quality of products is really good. I am very contented with the products I received. The delivery was really smooth. Can’t wait to order again!!

My experiences have all be fairly positive. They for sure need to work on the admin side of things. I have placed 3 orders, all were pickup, so I cant testify how the delivery services are. I have never received an email that my order was ready for pickup but I just called in myself. It does usually take a few calls to get through. I don't leave a voicemail, I just keep calling until eventually someone answers. I provide them my order number, they verify its ready for pickup and we agree on the set pickup time. Once I arrive for the arranged pickup time, I call again, and someone brings my order out to my vehicle.

I gave 3 stars because I am happy with my products and ultimately I do receive them within a reasonable time period. Deducted 2 stars for not receiving proper communication once an order is placed.

If I can give zero star I'll, terrible company!! they shipped essential oil bottles without any protective wrap! and guess what they broke and made a big mess and spoiled the rest of the order!!! I placed the order on June 30th and received it in July and since then I have been trying to get a refund!!! Don't waste your money and time buying from this company, they don't know how to do business properly!!! Google is not allowing me to add pictures!!

They have great oils don’t get me wrong but the wait times to get my oil is ridiculous. On there website it says usual ready in 24hours but I have to wait weeks for my order FOR PICKUP. I can’t imagine how it would be like if they had to ship out the products. I never receive any emails and always have to call to ask when my order is ready because it was taking forever. I believe they need to work on there management and try to get orders out faster and efficiently because although there oil is good they are showing low performances with there wait times.

Zero star review coming up here. I ordered a 20L jug of Coconut oil online and paid extra for 50$ UPS express shipping(1 day shipping option)....These guys slow mailed it with canada post and its been a week now with no update. We all know how slow canada post is lol. I tried emailing and calling these guys to ZERO answer. This is almost a joke. I knew this going into the purchase from reading the other reviews buy buyer beware guys you will not get any customer service at all. Im not sure if we can blame the labour shortage or Trudeau (shrug).
