First time going to this location for eye lash extensions!! WOW 🥰 amazing experience, extremely clean and friendly!! But most of all the ending results of my lashes, hands down the best overall outcome. So natural looking, being Asian it’s hard to find someone taking the time to make lashes look natural. They also arranged for me to come the same day I called, very convenient for me with my busy schedule with children. Not going there again. Over waxed my eyebrows. Injured my nails while doing manicure. Never seen a dry pedicure before. Never been disappointed going to a salon in my life like this one. While Denise is a nice person but she should not be practicing TBH.

Lana is awesome! I have been at Lana’s Aesthetics in the Trails for over 10 years. She has been doing my lashes for 5 years and I love them - they look so natural and stay on so well. Lana is very professional, has exemplary technique, and is very reasonable. I would highly recommend her.

I've tried other places for eyelash extensions and Lana is by far one of the best. My lashes have never looked fuller, completely light weight (don't feel them AT ALL) and still keeps my natural lashes healthy. I’ve been a client for the past five years. I have enjoyed various services; including lash extensions, waxing, and laser hair removal. Customer service is second to none, and I enjoy the atmosphere in the treatment rooms and the foyer. I was a client of various lash extension providers before making the switch to this location. There was a huge difference in quality of lash extensions, professionalism, and experience with application. Lashes themselves are ultra-light and the application process is highly individualized to help the client achieve the desired look and shape. I have only good things to say about this business.

Had the best lash lift and tint at AITT by Sherin. I had done it years ago, in Canada and even in the US, and this was honestly the best. Sherin also does amazing lash extensions which I was doing pre-Covid. She is a perfectionist, takes pride in her craft and is super efficient with your time!

My daughter wanted to get her eyebrows waxed for grade 8 grad, not sure i understand why. When she returned she a cut on her eyelid, prompting her friends to ask her what happened? When my wife contacted denise, she was unapologetic and basically suggested that she should have been icing her eye lid after the appointment. I’m not sure if this is regular post treatment but seems to me you only ice injuries. Fortunately, now whenever my daughter looks back at her grad pics, she will look like she got into a fight.

Sherin is the best! I travel an hour just to get my lashes done by Sherin...I have bald spots in areas and she knows how to work it out....i always come out with my lash extensions looking so natural ....
