I had my first experience with Su today and she was amazing. She absolutely made sure I was comfortable and used various techniques throughout the massage that really targeted my troubled areas. The entire hour felt intuitive, purposeful and intentional. You can tell that she knows what she's doing! I've already told my husband to book with her and I'm looking forward to my next treatment.

I was gifted a massage for my birthday. I explained to Su I had been experiencing a lot of stress and anxiety lately. She relieved so much pressure in my neck and shoulders that took away a lot of the physical symptoms I was suffering from. I never would have thought it would help so much. I had the best sleep I’ve had in months. I can’t wait for my next massage with Su.

Their online system is inefficient. I tried to book an appointment online without being informed that it's just for an appointment request, it does not actually finalize the booking. This is different from most other centres with online booking systems that allow the patient to reserve the time online. For example, the Jane App is very efficient. After requesting the appointment online, I didn't receive an email until midnight later that day. So I called to confirm the time, but I couldn't get a hold of anyone for a couple of hours. Once I did, the system did not send a confirmation email which contained the mandatory health intake form. I arrived 5 mins early for my appointment, filled out the form and then my massage started 15 minutes after the scheduled time. I think Su could have apologized for the wait. Su's massage was very good (sometimes too much pressure but she reduced it when I asked). She has a lot of knowledge and experience. She provided some good advice for me I can do at home. After the massage, their payment system was down, but we found an alternative. I asked her about her Reiki methods but she cut me short and asked me to YouTube it because she told me another client was waiting. It would have been nicer to suggest that she could call or text me later to tell me more about her method. I forgot to ask for a receipt after my massage and she did not offer me one. I then emailed her 25 hours after my appointment to request an electronic receipt. At that point, I had not received the receipt or been contacted by Su about it. When I called her, she was short with me and acted as if she had already discussed the receipt situation with me in the last 26 hours, yet I had not heard anything from her about it. I was in the middle of speaking, when she hung up on me! When I called again, she didn't pick up the phone.

I came in to see Susierra with a persistent and nagging shoulder (Deltoid) problem. Painful with certain movements.
Susierra clearly has a healing touch. Her techniques, gentle yet penetrating. She found and untangled knots that I did not know I had. The relief was palatable and continues to last. I certainly will be back for another magical treatment.
