The facility was easy to get to. Upon entry very clean and professional look. The receptionist was very kind and thorough when I arrived. My appointment was for 1pm, I arrived at 12:55pm and was starting my appointment at 1pm.
Dr Diane made me feel comfortable, as this was my first time seeing a Naturopath doctor. She definitely did her homework on me from my intake chart and helped me focus on my big issues. She was professional, kind, understanding and took time to educate me on many medical functions...and made them make complete sense.
I left feeling very satisfied and with a sense that I’m not alone with my issue as well as a there are ways to correct them!

My mom and I have been going to Abby for at least 2 years now because she is so great at what she does. She always makes sure that the pressure is exactly what you need and that you’re as comfortable as possible throughout.
I work at a desk all day and suffer from neck and back pain but I always feel so much better after a massage therapy session with her.
She’s super friendly and professional, and we’re so lucky to have found a massage therapist like her!

I recently went to Active Integrative Medicine for my calf issue. Was able to get an appointment promptly to meet Lino Sequeira. In just 2 sessions with him I was able to get back to playing soccer without any issues again. Lino was amazing to work with as he took down all minute details about my injury and after working on the key areas he advised a great workout schedule which I could do right at home and it helped deliver superb results. I'd highly recommend Lino to everyone who is suffering from any sports related injuries. Also, Jammie at the front desk was absolutely kind and cheerful. All in all, a great place with fantastic people.
